Paris-Based VA Builds Ultimate Online Newsroom
At First International Online Virtual Assistance Convention


PARIS, May 19, 2006 - MotionTemps, LLC founder, Carolyn Moncel discusses the secrets behind creating effective online newsrooms at the first annual Online International Virtual Assistance Convention. In her session entitled, “What’s in Your Online Newsroom: Tips for Reaching the Media through Your Website,” Moncel will prove why building a online newsroom filled with current information about their businesses is one of the most effective ways of establishing credibility with the media.


After 10 years of being defined as an “emerging cottage industry,” virtual assistants worldwide will gather together virtually in recognition of the first annual Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC), which makes its debut on Thursday, May 18, 2006. Entitled “Pathways to Successful VA Practices,” the Internet-based convention is designed to bring together all virtual assistants for best practices seminars, training workshops, presentations and exhibits. Seminar topics include such diverse topics as “How to retain clients through exceptional customer service” to “Utilizing 21st century technology in a virtual environment to working with international clients”. The convention Coincides with the first annual International Virtual Assistants Day on May 19, 2006.


Carolyn Moncel is the founder and owner of MotionTemps, LLC Chicago Paris and sister company Mondavé Communications, a firm specializing to media relations and training. A former corporate PR Coordinator, Moncel has conducted successful media trainings for senior-level management -- including company CEOs, presidents, vice presidents and department directors.
