Launched in 2001 by founder Carolyn Moncel, MotionTemps, LLC is a virtual assistance and communications firm with offices in Chicago and Paris. Our core business is specialized support in areas of project coordination, management and communication, in addition to office administrative duties. MotionTemps supports communications consultants - both home-based as well as independent consultant firms. We even work with communications and Human Resources department teams within corporations as well. Our powerful combination of skills allow MotionTemps to work very closely with clients as "partners" rather than employees or distant contractors.

 

MotionTemps is responsible for creating company sales and marketing materials (including brochures, company bios, and newsletters). Think of us as the liaison between our client and our client's client. We also assist in the development of client deliverables (i.e., training manuals, and graphics), the development and editing of PowerPoint presentations, writing web site content, and editing online newsletters.
